Structural Engineers Group, Inc. (SEG) was formed in 1993 by
the merger of two well-established Jacksonville firms,
Smith, Hardaker, Huddleston & Collins, Inc. and
Givens, Kraus & Associates, Inc. Each
firm had practices extending back to the 1950's. This merger
brought substantial experience in a wide variety of building and
structure types to SEG.
